With more than 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, I've partnered with organizations across financial services, private equity, and healthcare to solve complex people challenges, strengthen workplace culture, and support business growth. My experience includes leading HR strategy for multi-site, multi-state healthcare organizations, with particular depth in veterinary healthcare.
I enjoy working alongside business leaders to develop practical, people-focused solutions that align with organizational goals. Whether serving as a Fractional CHRO, leading organizational change, supporting mergers and acquisitions, improving HR operations, or building scalable HR programs, my approach is strategic, collaborative, and results-driven.

I hold an MBA in Business Administration with a Certificate in Global Leadership from St. Martin's University and a bachelor's degree in Speech Communication & Rhetoric from Oregon State University. My professional credentials include SHRM-CP, SHRM Workplace Mental Health Ally, HR Management Certification (University of Washington - Tacoma), DEIB Certification through Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine, and I serve as an HR subject matter expert for the GLG and Third Bridge expert networks.
